These little sausages are our specialty. Equal as sausage dough, Chicche differ only in size, excellent for those who love finger food. Produced by filling a natural pork casing with a mixture of lean and fat parts mixed with salt and other aromas.

Easy and quick to cook both grilled or in a pot, they can be accompanied by seasonal vegetables, potatoes or other appetizers.
