Salty cake with salami and mozzarella

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

120 g. of Salame Rossato
1 ready roll brisè pasta
2 eggs
1 small mozzarella
q.s. grated grana cheese
q.s. milk
q.s. salt

PREPARATION

Place the brisè pasta with the baking paper on a pan and prick it with a fork. Beat the eggs with a little milk, grated grana cheese and salt. Pour the mixture over the brisè. Add the sliced salame and the chopped mozzarella. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
