Sausage is a typical meat product, very popular in many Italian regions and all over the world. In Italy, according to the ingredients and the production areas, it takes different names.
Our sausage is made of a mixture of fresh national pork, with added aromas and spices, in natural casing. A very appreciated variant is the one with garlic. It goes perfectly with the grill but it is excellent also cooked in a pan. It’s a tasty ingredient for pasta, pizza, sandwiches and bruschetta.
