This natural sausage is a meat sausage with only salt and pepper, without the addition of other additives.
GINGER AND TURMERIC SAUSAGE
From our typical mixture of Italian pork with the addition of ginger and turmeric, we get this sausage which is a unique specialty.
It is the same mixture of our sausage stuffed into a cylindrical casing, from which we obtain slices of the desired thickness.
Our skewers are a mixture of cubes of fresh pork meat, fresh pork belly, little sausage and fresh vegetables, all stuffed into a wooden stick.
